Liebes Team von Andes Viva, wir hatten im November / Dezember 2025 einen wunderschönen Urlaub verbracht und sind nun wieder zurück in Deutschland. Während unserer Reise durch Chile und Argentinien haben wir wunderschöne Landschaften entdeckt und noch mehr freundliche und charmante Menschen kennengelernt. Es gab auch einige Rückschläge. So hatten wir zwei Reifenpannen mit unserem Mietwagen und eine Wasserleckage in unserer Unterkunft in der Morrena Lodge im Nationalpark Torres del Paine. Aber wir hatten auch jeden Tag einen persönlichen Schutzengel: Wir danken Frau Biggemann von ganzem Herzen für ihre stets freundliche und engagierte Hilfe!!! Frau Biggemann war immer für uns da und hat uns im perfekten Deutsch diesen Urlaub ermöglicht. Eine bessere Unterstützung kann man sich nicht wünschen. Ich war leider mit Andes Viva in Puerto Varas und und San Pedro de Atacama überhaupt nicht zufrieden. In San Pedro de Atacama haben sie kurzfristig den Reiseablauf gewechselt was dazu führte dass ich einen halben Tag untätig im Hotel sitzen musste. In Puerto Varas haben sie mir ein Hotel gebucht was im Umbau begriffen war. Die gesamte Fassade war mit schwarzen Netzen und einem Baugerüst bedeckt. Ich habe eine Preisreduktion gefordert, auf die sie überhaupt nicht eingegangen sind. Statt dessen haben sie mich an mein Reisebüro in München verwiesen. Überhaupt nicht Kundenorientiert. Sie hatten keinerlei Interesse mein Problem zu lösen Ich werde nie wieder über Andes Viva etwas buchen

We just came back from our Patagonian holiday, got to know Andes Viva as they are the partner of the travel agency which we booked our trip. We had twice some issues with our rented car and Andes Viva had re-acted fast. Unfortunately the issues were not really solved due to the bad service from the station Manager and personnel in Europcar. Perhaps it's time for Andes Viva to look for an alternative. Nevertheless, the 24 hrs support from Andes Viva was great. Will definitely go through them directly for our future trips.

We organised a road trip in Chile with Andes Nativa in 2020. Covid cancelled that. We re-organised a more extensive break this year. It included a six day cruise in the Los Lagos, a road trip from Santiago to Arica, two days in Santiago and a vineyard stay. Everything went well. The hotels were well chosen, clean and well managed. We had tour guides when we needed them, transfers to and from airports worked well. We'd certainly recommend them and will use them again one day Our break included an amazing 3000+km across the Atacama seeing condors, vicuna, desert foxes as well as the most amazing scenery. We booked a trip to Chile. The local travel agency in charge was Andes Nativa. They were extremely helpful, responsive and even assisted with matters going beyond the services booked (e.g. Covid test appointment or ensuring that we could see a penguin reserve despite it being booked out). In San Pedro de Atacama waren unsere Reiseführer Pedro und Pato. Sehr sympatisch und zuvorkommend!
