Payments

Deposits and final payments must be made as follows:

Kindly note that service providers involved in your itinerary may have their own special requirements. Some hotels do require non-refundable deposit upon confirmation. These general conditions are subject to change at any time upon confirmation of a booking, depending on the special payment conditions of our providers or any other special circumstance.

Payments

ANDES NATIVA defines the following cancellation conditions. A cancellation is: when a client returns (cancels) an already confirmed itinerary, completely or partially, or when the client changes the travel date(s) of an itinerary.

Cancellation fees for FIT bookings:

Period Fee

31 days or more before arrival: without cancellation fees

30 – 16 days before arrival: 30 % of tour cost

15 – 07 days before arrival: 50 % of tour cost

06 – 03 days before arrival: 80 % of tour cost

02 days before arrival or no show: 100 % of tour cost

Returns

ANDES NATIVA is liable in due diligence of a scrupulous merchant for diligent travel preparations, careful selection and monitoring of the suppliers, correctness of the described services which are presently on offer, and for the realization of the services agreed by contract in consideration of the local conditions and particularities, but ANDES NATIVA has no liability for any contents of tour descriptions, city or hotel leaflets not published or confirmed by us.

ANDES NATIVA is liable, if one of its contracted staffs does not fulfill the contracted services.

If within a travel arrangement, additional transportation with a public line operation is organized, for which the traveler receives a boarding ticket, then ANDES NATIVA is affecting external services. ANDES NATIVA cannot be held liable for the fulfillment of the transportation services. For liabilities, please check the transportation regulations of the relevant company, who will be solely liable to the client.
